Around 300 English ships were anchored at this shore in 1876, in oder to invade it with The English Armed Forces to stay untill the rest of the war of Indempendence to be their base. There the Decleration of the Indempendence of The USA had been brought officially to the English.
Later it served to the American Forces to bring a big parts of its troupes on board to sail to liberate Euope from the Nazis.
They look like Totems for Freedom and are silent witnesses of our modern World 's past. The Monument to the once projected Native American Monument has its " small Relatives" at the shore.
